1. Lives and lectures in Kanter's house

    · Kanter House, former Löbenicht Town Hall, Königsberg (Kaliningrad), Russia

Around 1766 Kant moved into rooms above Johann Jakob Kanter's bookshop in the former Löbenicht town hall. His apartment was large enough for him to conduct lectures there. The German quotation states that Kant occupied the left side of the second floor for at least eight years and lectured there. The coordinate is an approximate historical-map placement of the former Löbenicht town hall.
