Li Si, Zhao Gao, and Huhai concealed the death, enabling the succession conspiracy that installed Qin Er Shi. The canonical article converts the date to 12 July 210 BC, but 11 July and other dates also appear in scholarship. Shaqiu is variously placed in present-day Pingxiang or Guangzong County.
