Jordanian diaspora visit
· Amman, Jordan
Kadyrov made a subsequent visit to Jordan, addressing Chechen diaspora representatives and meeting the Jordanian minister of religious endowments before proceeding to Libya. The report identifies Jordan but not the press-conference venue; Amman is used as the defensible representative location.
